Generally the routine for all friends is leave from your home go to office and sometime after you stop work you may go to other place such as fitness, cinema, park, aerobic dancing or other activity. Do you know that your body stay on sitting posture about 8 hours per day sometime for somebody may sit up to 10 hours (if you think lunch time and sitting on the car also) therefore you will find that you stay on sitting posture so along time.

Do you know that from this common sitting posture this is cause of some disease for example such as “hip muscle press the nerve” some patients get severe pain more than the Lumbar disc herniation press the nerve. When you sleep at night you will pain so much till be sleepless. When you walk you will pain at hip area till your leg but when you continuous walk you will feel better. If you get this symptom at neck muscles you will feel pain when you move your neck.
